Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Senior Accountant Transformation to drive governance and reporting across UAE and Egypt. You will coordinate MOR/DRM decks, track actions, and support automation initiatives within the GBS Finance transformation agenda.

The role requires strong project management, advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills, and proficiency in Power BI/Tableau, Planner/Lists, and SAP/Oracle familiarity. 4+ years in related finance roles is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• 4+ years in Finance Shared Services, PMO/project coordination, or Audit.
• CPA/ACCA/CMA certifications preferred.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint & Excel, Planner/Lists, Power BI/Tableau; ERP exposure (SAP/Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Prepare MOR and DRM decks with executive updates and KPI scorecards.
• Capture minutes and action items; follow up with owners.
• Coordinate monthly governance calendar across divisions.
• Maintain consolidated action trackers with owners, due dates and statuses.
• Follow up with finance teams to secure updates and evidence of closure.
• Support pre/post-closure reporting inputs for MOR/DRM packs.
