Job summary

Client of NicheHR Global seeks an experienced Tower Leads Finance to direct end-to-end R2R, P2P or O2C operations in Dubai. Lead teams, drive process discipline, controls and continuous improvement to ensure accurate, timely processing and strong service delivery.

The role requires CA or equivalent with 5-8 years in core finance, with hands-on experience managing KPIs and audits in a large multi-entity environment. FMCG exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• CA / inter-CA / MBA Finance / M.Com or equivalent with 5-8 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
• Experience in R2R, P2P or O2C with end-to-end process ownership.
• Experience leading teams and managing KPIs, SLAs, controls, reconciliations and operational performance.
• FMCG / consumer goods or experience within a large, multi-entity organization preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management and process improvement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations of the assigned finance tower (R2R, P2P or O2C).
• Ensure accurate, timely, and efficient processing of all transactions.
• Manage service delivery against defined KPIs, SLAs, quality standards and productivity targets.
• Lead the team responsible for the relevant finance process and allocate resources.
• Drive standardization, simplification and continuous improvement across the tower.
• Ensure adherence to policies, SOPs, controls and governance requirements.
• Identify gaps and risks and resolve via root-cause analysis and actions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues in processes and service delivery.
• Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end activities for the process.
• Maintain documentation, reconciliations and approvals per company requirements.
• Support audits and closure of observations relating to the process.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and turnaround times.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching and development.
• Prepare operational reports and updates for stakeholders.
• Support process transitions, system changes and transformation initiatives.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and uphold service ownership.

We are looking for an experienced Tower Leads Finance to lead and manage finance operations across one for each of the key process towers Record-to-Report R2R Procure-to-Pay P2P or Order-to-Cash O2C The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate timely and efficient delivery of the assigned finance process while driving strong controls process discipline operational efficiency and continuous improvement The successful candidate will lead the relevant team and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth end-to-end process execution and service delivery strong

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end operations of the assigned finance tower R2R P2P or O2C
• Ensure accurate timely and efficient processing of all transactions and activities within the assigned process area
• Manage and monitor service delivery against defined KPIs SLAs quality standards and productivity targets
• Lead the team responsible for the relevant finance process and ensure effective workload planning and resource allocation
• Drive process standardization simplification and continuous improvement across the assigned tower
• Ensure adherence to finance policies standard operating procedures internal controls and governance requirements
• Identify process gaps recurring issues and operational risks and drive timely resolution through root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• Work closely with internal finance and business stakeholders to resolve process accounting and service delivery issues
• Support month-end quarter-end and year-end activities relevant to the assigned process tower
• Ensure appropriate documentation reconciliations controls and approvals are maintained in line with company requirements
• Support internal and external audit requirements and ensure timely closure of observations relating to the assigned process
• Identify and support automation and digitization opportunities to improve process efficiency accuracy and turnaround times
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching guidance and capability development
• Prepare regular operational reports and performance updates for relevant stakeholders
• Support process transitions system changes and transformation initiatives relevant to the assigned finance tower
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and maintain a high standard of service delivery and process ownership

Candidate Profile

Chartered Accountant (CA) / inter-CA / MBA Finance / M.com or equivalent with 5-8 years of relevant finance and accounting experience. Strong experience in one or more core finance process areas: R2R, P2P or O2C, with end-to-end process ownership. Experience leading teams and managing KPIs, SLAs, controls, reconciliations and operational performance. FMCG / consumer goods or experience within a large, complex, multi-entity organization will be preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management and process improvement capabilities.
