Job summary

Landmark Group in Dubai is seeking an experienced Finance Shared Services professional to join our Corporate Finance team. The role blends Finance Operations and Finance Transformation, strengthening Record-to-Report processes and driving standardization and automation across the finance function.

Qualifications

• CA with 10–15 years of experience.
• Strong Finance Operations / Shared Services experience.
• Expertise in R2R, financial controls and finance transformation.
• Exposure to Lean / Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with ERP, automation and digital finance initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder and change-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end month-end close and balance sheet assurance.
• Drive bank and intercompany reconciliations.

• Drive R2R and VAT transformation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process standardization, simplification and automation.
