NicheHR Global is recruiting a high-calibre Finance Manager for a leading FMCG organization in Dubai. This role partners with senior leadership, blending strong financial expertise with strategic analysis, performance management, and executive-level reporting.

The ideal candidate is commercially oriented, highly analytical, and capable of turning complex financial data into clear insights, dashboards, and actionable recommendations for senior management.

Qualifications

• CA with 6–10 years of FP&A and management reporting experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis capabilities.
• FMCG experience strongly preferred; other high-volume consumer businesses considered.
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills; ability to create dashboards and models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and reviews.
• Develop financial models to support planning and decision-making.
• Analyze revenue, margins, costs, and KPIs.
• Provide forward-looking insights and recommendations to improve performance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
• Create executive dashboards and business review decks.
• Partner with commercial, sales, supply chain, and ops for performance insights.
• Support strategic initiatives with data-driven analysis.
