Job summary

Jobsatdubai is seeking a Finance Manager based in Dubai to oversee and manage financial activities while ensuring compliance with international standards. You will be part of the Finance Middle East team and report to the CFO.

The ideal candidate has 7 to 10 years of experience in accounting, expertise in IFRS, and a degree in Accounting/Finance. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of experience in accounting and financial management, ideally in a multinational environment or a Big Four firm.
• Expertise in international accounting standards (IFRS).
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

Finance Manager

In this role, you’ll oversee and manage the financial and accounting activities of the company while ensuring compliance with internal, local and international standards (IFRS).

You’ll be part of the Finance Middle East team and you’ll report to the CFO Middle-East,

Enhance Financial and Accounting Expertise:

• Lead with Precision: You’ll take charge of accounting operations, including payment processing, accounts receivable and payable, expense reports, bank reconciliations, and intercompany reconciliations ensuring seamless payment processing, and accurate management of accounts.
• Be a Compliance Champion: You’ll play a key role in maintaining financial integrity. preparing and validating financial statements in line with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
• Optimize: Harness your expertise to manage cash flow forecasting and drive the optimization of accounting processes, enhancing efficiency and precision across the board.

Guide teams and elevate financial skills:

• Inspire and Develop: Lead a talented accounting team, delivering insightful guidance and feedback that fuels professional growth and cultivates a culture of excellence.

What you will bring:

• A degree in Accounting/Finance (Master’s or equivalent). CPA/ACCA certification is highly preferred.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in accounting and financial management, ideally in a multinational environment or a Big Four firm.
• Demonstrated leadership, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a multicultural environment through strong interpersonal skills.
• Proven communication skills, autonomy, and proactive approach to taking initiative.
• Expertise in international accounting standards (IFRS).
• Strong knowledge of financial tools (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and office software (especially Excel).
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
