Job summary

Boutique Michl1 is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial operations in Abu Dhabi. You will oversee reporting, budgeting, and compliance while partnering with senior management to drive growth.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting, 7 years of finance experience with 3 years in a managerial capacity, and strong IFRS and tax knowledge, plus ERP system experience (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or related field.
• CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred.
• 7 years of finance experience including 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT and Corporate Tax.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
• Coordinate external audits and manage relationships with banks and auditors.
• Strengthen internal controls, policies and procedures.
• Provide financial analysis to support management decisions.
• Supervise and develop the finance team.

• Experience with ERP systems SAP Oracle or similar and advanced Excel
• Excellent analytical leadership and communication skills
• UAE or GCC experience is a strong advantage
