Job summary

Elnaggar amp Partners in Dubai seeks a Finance Manager to lead day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and compliance within UAE regulations. You will oversee budgeting, cash flow, payroll, and HR-related financial processes to support strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in finance, ACCA/CPA/CMA/CA, and deep UAE VAT and corporate tax experience, with strong analytical and communication skills to coordinate with auditors, regulators, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CMA/CA) preferred.
• 5+ years in finance, accounting or financial management.
• Strong UAE VAT and CT regulations knowledge.
• Experience with payroll and HR-related processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping and financial operations.
• Handle client accounts and financial records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and management accounts.
• Manage budgeting, cash flow forecasting and financial planning.
• Ensure UAE VAT and CT regulatory compliance and statutory requirements.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking and reconciliations.
• Manage payroll, employee benefits, gratuity calculations and HR financial processes.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, banks and regulators.
• Maintain financial controls, policies and accurate records.
• Provide financial analysis to support management decisions.
• Support recruitment, compensation planning and workforce budgeting.
• Monitor leave provisions and HR-related financial obligations.
