Job summary

Experts Plus Recruitment Services is seeking an organized professional to support the Free Zone Operations Department in Dubai. You will handle registrations, amendments, and service requests via the online portal, ensuring documents are complete and compliant.

The role requires knowledge of UBO, AML, FATF, ESR regulations and 2–4 years of related experience, preferably within UAE free zones. You will coordinate cross-government projects and liaise with stakeholders to deliver timely results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Free Zone operations, government services, or regulatory administration.
• Strong knowledge of company registration processes and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with UBO, AML, FATF, and ESR regulations.
• UAE experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to the Free Zone Operations Department.
• Manage registration, amendment, and company service requests via the online portal.
• Verify and document requirements for service requests and liaise with clients for missing documentation.
• Coordinate and manage cross-governmental projects such as ESR, DFZC, and TEC.
• Maintain regulations, guidelines, laws, and collateral material relevant to the free zone.
• Liaise between internal stakeholders to fulfill requests accurately and timely.
• Validate documents to ascertain UBO and ensure adherence to FATF/AML compliance.
• Monitor the Free Zone Portal and engage with IT teams for BRD and UAT sessions to enhance systems.
