Job summary

Museum Studio in Abu Dhabi seeks a Finance, HR & Admin Manager to oversee UAE entity finance administration, bank relations, payroll and HR processes in full compliance with local regulations.

You will report to the Deputy to CEO and dotted line to the Financial Director and HRD, coordinating with external partners to ensure timely reporting, payroll accuracy and regulatory compliance across the business.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in finance administration and payroll in UAE.
• Solid grasp of accounting basics, banking processes and WPS.
• Working knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE and ICP processes.

Responsibilities

• Finance and accounting support with external firm coordination.
• Bank relations and KYC/documentation management; signatory updates.
• Payroll processing, WPS compliance and EOSB handling.
• CSR and CSRD reporting, group policy rollout and audits support.
• HR administration: contracts, files, visas, NOCs and Leave records.
