Client if Tura Executive in Dubai seeks a Finance Director to join the leadership team, acting as a true partner to senior management to drive financial strategy, performance and growth across the region.

The ideal candidate brings 12–15+ years in senior finance roles within agribusiness, commodities trading or procurement, with CA/ACCA/CPA and ERP experience (SAP/Oracle). Arabic is advantageous for broader MENA coverage.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years in senior finance leadership roles.
• Experience in agribusiness, commodities trading or procurement (wheat, corn, feed grains).
• Professional qualifications: CA/ACCA/CPA; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall financial strategy planning and performance management across the MENA region.
• Partner closely with senior leadership on commercial decisions, investments and growth initiatives.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and cost optimization to enhance profitability.
• Oversee treasury, capital structure, cash flow and working capital management.
• Ensure robust financial controls, governance and compliance frameworks.
• Deliver high-quality management reporting and actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
• Build, lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across trading, procurement and operations teams.
