Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd. seeks a seasoned Finance Director to lead the financial strategy for an international restaurant group based in Dubai. You will work closely with the CEO and shareholders to steer profitability and support global expansion.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, reporting, controls, and risk management across the Middle East and other international locations, while guiding strategy for new openings and acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent).
• Experience in restaurants, hospitality or F&B in the GCC.
• Strong commercial, analytical and leadership skills.
• Experience managing multi-site or international operations.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee group finances, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow across Middle East & other International locations.
• Monitor financial performance and drive profitability across restaurant operations.
• Lead financial reporting, controls, compliance and risk management.
• Support new restaurant openings, acquisitions and international expansion.
• Lead the finance team and provide strategic commercial advice to senior management.
