Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• MBA or Masters degree is advantageous.
• CPA/ACCA/CA/CMA or equivalent qualification is highly preferred.

The Role

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organizations financial strategy.
• Lead budgeting forecasting and long-term financial planning.
• Oversee financial reporting and statutory compliance.
• Manage treasury cash flow and investment activities.
• Establish robust financial governance and internal controls.
• Support mergers acquisitions and investment evaluations where applicable.

Qualifications

• 15 years of progressive finance experience with executive leadership exposure.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance governance and strategic planning.
• Demonstrated leadership of large finance functions.
• Excellent commercial analytical and negotiation skills.
• Strong executive presentation and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is an advantage.
