Job summary

ITP Media Group in Dubai is seeking a Finance Assistant (Accounts Payables) to support daily accounting duties, ensure accurate processing of invoices, and maintain AP records. You will liaise with vendors and internal teams, file and organize financial documents, and help ensure tax compliance and timely payments.

Ideal candidates have a commerce degree, 3+ years' experience, strong Excel skills, and good communication abilities. This is an office-based role at Dubai Media City.

• Commerce graduate with more than 3 years of experience.
• Microsoft Excel skills.
• Good communication.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply basic accounting principles relating to accounts payable.
• Process purchase orders.
• Ensures accounts payable invoices are accurate, properly coded and authorized for payment.
• Ensures completeness and accuracy of all accounts payable databases and files, including monthly, periodic and annual reconciliation of control accounts.
• Ensures accurate processing to accounts in compliance with appropriate policies and procedures with correct application of taxes.
• Liaise with other departments / Customers / Vendors.
• File, organize and maintain files.
