Job summary

Combuzz HR Solutions in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced accounts payable professional to process supplier invoices, monitor payments and manage petty cash. The role supports month-end closings and VAT compliance within a fast-paced finance team.

The ideal candidate holds an accounting/finance qualification and has hands-on experience with invoice processing, reconciliations, and petty cash management. Proficiency with Orion accounting software is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable, invoice processing and petty cash management.
• Good knowledge of VAT, reconciliations and accounting procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify supplier invoices with PO, GRN, and supporting documents.
• Prepare supplier payments and handle petty cash transactions.
• Maintain accurate supplier accounts and petty cash records.
• Assist with month-end closing, accruals and expense provisions.
• Coordinate with procurement, stores and suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Process direct expense invoices and track insurance payments, policies and renewals.
• Ensure compliance with VAT regulations and internal financial procedures.
