Job summary

Combuzz in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to process supplier invoices, verify PO and GRN, and maintain supplier accounts. The role supports month-end closing and ensures VAT compliance.

The ideal candidate holds an accounting or finance qualification with experience in AP, invoice processing, VAT, and reconciliations, and is familiar with Orion accounting software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience in accounts payable and invoice processing.
• Good knowledge of VAT and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify supplier invoices with PO, GRN, and supporting documents.
• Prepare supplier payments and manage petty cash.
• Maintain accurate supplier accounts and petty cash records.
• Assist with month-end closing, accruals, and expense provisions.
• Coordinate with procurement, stores, and suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Track insurance payments, policies, and renewals.
