Job summary

KAVAK GCC in Dubai seeks a driven Finance & Insurance Agent to manage end-to-end finance and insurance journeys for customers, coordinating with banks and insurers to secure optimal solutions.

You will collaborate with sales and operations to maximize approvals and improve conversion rates while delivering an exceptional purchasing experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive finance, banking, or financial services.
• Experience with UAE banks handling auto finance or within automotive Finance & Insurance is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle finance products, lending policies, and credit assessment.
• Solid understanding of UAE Central Bank regulations, compliance requirements, and regulatory updates.
• Experience working with multiple banking and insurance partners.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Customer focused with a results driven mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete finance process, from customer application through vehicle delivery.
• Evaluate customer profiles and recommend financing solutions.
• Prepare and submit finance applications to banking partners, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
• Proactively follow up with banks to expedite approvals, and LPO issuance.
• Present finance, insurance, and ancillary products in a clear and consultative manner.
• Achieve finance, insurance, and product penetration targets while maintaining a customer-first approach.
• Ensure full compliance with internal policies, banking requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banking and insurance partners.
• Work cross functionally with Sales, Operations, Delivery, and Customer Experience teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Job Description

We are seeking a driven, customer focused Finance & Insurance Agent to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end finance and insurance journey, ensuring customers receive the best financing and insurance solutions while delivering a seamless vehicle purchasing experience.
