Job summary

KAVAK is expanding into the GCC with a Mall kiosk in Sharjah, offering an easy, transparent way to buy or sell pre-owned cars. We are seeking a candidate with 1 year of used car buying experience to source vehicles, negotiate prices, and complete paperwork, delivering top-notch customer service to sellers.

Requirements include a UAE driving license and English proficiency; Arabic is a bonus. Health and life insurance are provided, with preferential pricing on retail cars after probation.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in used car buying.
• Willing to work at Sharjah location.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
• University/Diploma/College graduate or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Mall Kiosk as the point of contact for sellers.
• Source high-quality used cars from individuals visiting the mall.
• Negotiate prices to ensure fair transactions.
• Complete all paperwork for purchasing used cars.
• Provide excellent customer service to sellers.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet purchase targets and gross profit goals.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends and pricing.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the Mall Kiosk as a point of contact for individuals looking to sell their used cars.
• Source high-quality used cars from individuals visiting the mall.
• Negotiate prices with sellers to ensure fair transactions.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for purchasing used cars.
• Provide excellent customer service to individuals selling their cars.
• Collaborate with other Departments to meet purchase targets and gross profit goals.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have 1 year of experience in Used Car Buying.
• Good to have a valid UAE driving license.
• University/Diploma/College Graduate or Equivalent.
• Should be willing to work at our Sharjah location.
• Proficiency in English (Arabic is also a benefit).
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to work independently and handle transactions from start to finish.
• Knowledge of the local automotive market and pricing trends.
• Genuine passion for cars and customer service.
