Job summary

KAVAK is expanding into the GCC and seeks an Incubation Supply Coordinator to drive purchasing processes for vehicles, ensure smooth onboarding, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role supports the supply team and ensures documentation is completed accurately.

You will collaborate with sales and supply teams, prepare quotes and contracts, maintain records, and help optimise onboarding. Automotive background and CRM familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 2+ years in sales or customer service; automotive experience a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with automotive sales processes and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding: oversee contracts and documentation for new customers.
• Purchase support: assist in quotes, contracts, and account setups.
• Reporting: maintain onboarding records and prepare sales reports.

Job Description

Job Overview:

The Incubation Supply Coordinator is responsible for executing the purchasing process regarding the purchase of cars, ensuring a smooth transition and exceptional customer experience. This role supports the supply team and ensures all necessary documentation is completed accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Onboarding: Oversee the process for new customers, ensuring timely completion of contracts and necessary documentation.
• Purchase Support: Assist in preparing quotes, contracts, and account setups for clients.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and prepare reports for sales teams.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the onboarding process.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (preferred).
• Experience: 2+ years in sales, customer service, or related field; automotive experience is a plus.
• Skills: Strong organizational, communication skills.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive sales processes and CRM systems.
