Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, audit or controlling.
• Hands‑on exposure to an ERP environment; SAP experience strongly preferred.
• Strong Excel capability including lookups, pivot tables and data reconciliation; Power Query/Power BI advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Payments, banking and expense administration (primary focus).
• Administer employee expense claims and payments with policy compliance.
• Support monthly intercompany reporting and netting reconciliation.
• End‑to‑end processing of supplier, employee and intercompany payments with proper documentation.
• Prepare payment batches and use ERP and banking platforms with proper controls.
• Bank reconciliations and resolution of outstanding items.
