Job summary

Ashratech in Dubai is seeking a Finance & Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, payments and property accounting. You will use Zoho Books and ERP systems and rely on advanced MS Excel for data analysis.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills (PivotTables, lookups) and knowledge of UAE VAT; prior property management accounting is an advantage.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of accounting experience, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Property management accounting experience is advantageous.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (PivotTables, lookups) are essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting operations including AP, AR, invoices, payments, receipts, and expenses.
• Perform bank, cash, and account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare financial reports, statements, schedules, and management summaries.
• Support monthly closing, payroll, VAT filing, and audit activities.
• Manage accounting transactions using Zoho Books and ERP/finance systems.
• Handle property accounting including tenant billing, rental income, service charges, and supplier payments.
• Maintain accurate transaction classification and property-related financial records.
• Use advanced MS Excel for data analysis and identification of discrepancies.
