Job summary

Ashra Tech is seeking a Finance Staff / Accountant in the UAE to join our team. The role targets 2–4 years of experience with strong Zoho Books, property accounting, and tax process expertise.

You will manage daily accounting operations, oversee property-related transactions, and support monthly closing and audit activities. Proficiency in Zoho Property Management and Excel is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of finance/accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books.
• Experience with Zoho Property Management is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and related documentation.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookups, and formulas.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping using Zoho Books.
• Manage property accounting through Zoho Property Management.
• Process accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses.
• Manage tenant billing, rental income, service charges, and supplier payments.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Handle tax-related tasks and maintain accurate tax records.
• Prepare financial reports, statements, and management summaries.
• Support monthly closing, payroll, and audit activities.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
