Rotana Hotels is seeking an Accounts Clerk to join our Finance team in supporting accounting records and payroll system updates. The role involves handling office supply requisitions, mail distribution, and assisting with attendance administration for multiple departments.

The position requires accuracy, confidentiality, and clear communication as you coordinate with department heads, Paymaster, and suppliers to ensure timely processing of payments and pay slips.

Aufgaben

• Make requisition for stationary and all other office supplies for the smooth operations of the office
• Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records, receive and distribute Finance Department incoming mail
• Ensure that all attendance sheets from different departments are approved before forwarding to Paymaster
• Assist the Paymaster in the departmental attendance sheet administration
• Distribute pay slips to the Department Heads and obtain their signatures upon delivery
• Answer incoming calls promptly, transferring calls wherever necessary and record messages accurately
• Call up suppliers to collect pending payments
• Maintain high level of record confidentiality
