The candidate should have an accounting/finance degree with strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong numerical, analytical and organizational skills.
• Good time-management abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices payments receipts and expense claims
• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial databases
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
• Prepare financial reports spreadsheets and summaries
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Assist with payroll administration and tax documentation
• Organize and maintain financial records and documentation
• Communicate with vendors customers and internal departments regarding financial matters
