Job summary

Geoworld Professional Real Estate in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated Property Listing Madmoun Generation specialist to manage property portfolios, portal uploads and advertising permits.

You will leverage owner connections to secure exclusive listings, coordinate with sales and leasing teams, and ensure all details and descriptions on Bayut and Dubizzle are accurate and up to date.

Support lead generation and maintain organized records of inventories and permits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in property listings and Madmoun generation (Abu Dhabi only).
• Fluent in English; Arabic or Russian a plus.
• Strong owner networking and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Leverage owner connections to secure exclusive listings and approvals.

We are a growing real estate agency in Abu Dhabi specializing in property sales and leasing We pride ourselves on delivering excellent service to our clients We are looking for a dedicated Property Listing Madmoun Generation specialist with experienceAbu Dhabi only to manage our property portfolios portal uploads and advertising permits.

Key Responsibilities

Leverage existing direct connections with property owners to secure exclusive listings gain owner approval to advertise properties and collect necessary documentation for Madmoun permits Manage and process property listings across major portals Bayut Dubizzle etc ensuring all details pricing and descriptions are accurate and up to date Handle all Madhmoun advertising permits and verification processes efficiently to ensure full compliance with Abu Dhabi real estate regulations Coordinate closely with our sales and leasing agents to gather property data media assets and documentation for new listings Support lead generation efforts by organizing incoming portal inquiries tracking performance metrics and distributing qualified leads to the team Maintain organized records of property inventories active permits and client interaction databases within the company system

Candidate Requirements

Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in property listings and Madmoun generation - Abu Dhabi only, with a proven network and established connections with property owners to secure advertising approvals.Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic or Russian language skills are a strong plus.Skills: Excellent owner networking, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with property portals (Bayut/Dubizzle) and CRM tools.Professionalism: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: AED 3,000 to AED 5,000 per month (depending on experience).Benefits: UAE employment visa and health insurance provided.Support: Full integration with our administrative and tech stack to streamline daily listing workflows.
