Job summary

Justlife Home Services in the UAE is seeking a hands-on Soft and Hard Skills Trainer for Cleaning & Maintenance. You will demonstrate techniques in deep cleaning and upholstery, certify competencies, and coach frontline teams in the field.

You’ll own the training framework for Deep and Furniture Cleaning, build modules, practical assessments, and certification criteria. You’ll monitor SOP adoption, drive measurable improvements in service ratings and quality, and scale training as the business

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in technical training, cleaning operations, or a related service industry.

Responsibilities

• Own training delivery in field settings with minimal supervision.
• Develop training modules, checklists, and practical assessments.
• Coach professionals to improve SOP compliance and service quality.
• Collaborate with Operations to scale training across the GCC.
