Job summary

Al Khayyat Investments (AKI) seeks a field-based Trade & In-Store Execution specialist to translate commercial plans into visible, measurable in-store activity across SharkNinja's retail footprint, ensuring the brand appears correctly at every touchpoint.

You will lead promoter and brand expert management, train teams, set sell-out targets, monitor stock, and coordinate with store management to keep shelves stocked and displays fresh.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in retail/trade execution or related field.
• Experience supervising promoters, merchandisers or brand experts.
• Proficient with Excel and field reporting.
• Arabic and English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms, displays, demos, and promotions across assigned accounts.
• Monitor OSA, pricing accuracy, and POSM compliance; report gaps with corrective actions.
• Conduct store visits with reports and photos; maintain an execution scorecard.
• Coordinate with store management on stock replenishment and activation logistics.
• Onboard and manage promoter/brand expert network; deliver product training.
• Set and track sell-out targets; review performance and address gaps.
• Control promoter costs, attendance, grooming, and reporting discipline.
• Inspect and classify returns; manage disposition per policy.
• Link Trade, Customer Care and Warehouse to close return cases within SLAs.
• Analyze return trends and feed insights to reduce recurrence.
