NCR Atleos is seeking a Customer Engineer in Dubai under its Emiratization initiative. You will install, maintain, and repair Tier I equipment, including POS and ATMs, across an assigned region.

The role requires 0-1 years of related experience, a basic IT skill set, and flexibility for shifts and travel. UAE national candidates prioritized; GCC work culture and security awareness emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-1 years related experience in field service/tech support.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Windows operating systems.
• Experience in PC hardware maintenance.
• A+ Certification preferred.
• ITE or Polytechnic qualification in Electronics and Communications Engineering.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, overtime, and on-call support.

Responsabilités

• Install, maintain, and repair equipment within an assigned region to ensure continuity of customer operations and satisfaction.
• Own customer problems or incidents until resolved per SLAs.
• Perform work on Tier I equipment such as PCs, POS systems, ATMs, and peripherals.
• Assist in site preparation, cable installation, staging, and testing of equipment.
• Respond to customer concerns by resolving or escalating appropriately.
• Build relationships with customers and represent NCR positively.
• Perform periodic preventive maintenance and follow security procedures.
• Report calls, activities and expenses accurately and timely.
• May be dispatched daily or set own schedule based on reports.
• May require travel, lifting, and rotating shifts.
