Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a field service professional to install, maintain, and repair equipment within the UAE. You will handle Tier I hardware including PCs, workstations, printers, POS systems, ATMs and kiosks, ensuring customer operations stay online and within SLA parameters.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Call Center and Security teams, preparing sites, and reporting activity and expenses. Flexible shifts and travel may be required across the territory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0-1 years of related experience.
• Experience with Windows operating systems.
• Experience in PC hardware maintenance and support.
• A+ Certification.
• ITE or Polytechnic qualification in Electronics and Communications Engineering.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Good problem-solving skills.

• Ability to meet deadlines and produce high-quality work.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills.

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, overtime, flexible shifts, and on-call support.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair equipment within an assigned territory/region to ensure continuity of customer operations.
• Own customer problems or incidents through to resolution and SLA compliance.
• Perform work on low-complexity products, including ATMs and kiosks, and replace components as needed.
• Assist in site preparation, including installation of cable and testing of equipment.
• Escalate issues to appropriate teams and maintain communication with customers.
