Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Field Specialist to lead rig-sitefishing, milling and well intervention operations, ensuring safe execution,effective troubleshooting and reliable downhole tool performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadassigned cased-hole fishing, milling, whipstock/casing exit, permanent cut& pull, thru-tubing and single-section milling operations withindemonstrated competency.
• Prepare,inspect, operate, redress and maintain downhole tools.
• Reviewwell conditions, select appropriate tools and verify equipmentcompatibility.
• Troubleshootoperational issues and coordinate solutions with customers and drillingcrews.
• Completejob reports, equipment records and technical documentation.
• MaintainHSE compliance and mentor junior field personnel.
• Supporton-call assignments and travel as required.

Requirements

• Minimum6 years of relevant oilfield experience, including proven lead-handcapability in fishing, milling or well intervention.
• Strongknowledge of fishing tools, whipstock systems and/or thru-tubingequipment; experience across multiple applications preferred.
• Practicalunderstanding of downhole conditions, rotating equipment, vibration andharmonics.
• Highschool diploma, engineering qualification or equivalent relevantexperience.
• StrongEnglish communication, technical reporting and field leadership skills.
• UAE/GCCexperience is an advantage.
• Availablefor a 3–6-month assignment in Abu Dhabi.
