Job summary

TalentOne is seeking an experienced Field Specialist IV to lead rig-site fishing, milling and well intervention operations in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure safe execution, troubleshoot issues, and maintain downhole tool performance, mentoring junior field personnel.

Requirements include a minimum of 6 years in oilfield roles with leadership capability, deep knowledge of fishing tools and through-tubing systems, and willingness to travel for a 3–6 month assignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years oilfield experience with lead-hand capability.
• Strong knowledge of fishing tools and whipstock systems.
• Available for a 3–6 month assignment in Abu Dhabi; good English communication and field leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead cased-hole fishing, milling, whipstock/casing exit and related operations within demonstrated competency.
• Prepare, inspect, operate, redress and maintain downhole tools.
• Review well conditions and verify equipment compatibility.
