Kintec Global Recruitment in Abu Dhabi is seeking a seasoned Field Specialist to support well intervention operations on customer sites and in workshops.

You will operate, maintain, and troubleshoot downhole tools, advise on complex technical issues, and train less experienced engineers while ensuring HSE compliance.

The role requires 6–10 years in oilfield activities, strong knowledge of fishing, whipstock, and thru-tubing services, and readiness to travel and be on call as needed.

Formación

• Mandatory experience in well finishing and intervention.
• High school diploma or engineering qualification in oilfield.
• 6–10 years in oilfield activities.
• Expert knowledge of fishing, whipstock, and thru-tubing services.
• Willingness to travel and work on site/on call.

Responsabilidades

• Operate, redress, and maintain downhole tools at customer sites.
• Advise on and troubleshoot complex technical issues in well intervention.
• Develop new processes and techniques for complex tasks.
• Ensure equipment compatibility with other on-site equipment.
• Work per HSE policies on site and in workshop.
• Prepare job reports and distribute timely.
• Liaise with customers and crews for planning; attend meetings.
• Provide training and mentoring for less experienced engineers.
• Be on call 24 hours.
