Zusammenfassung

ETERNITY TECHNOLOGIES FZ - LLC is seeking a skilled field service technician to perform preventive maintenance, inspections and service calls at customer sites. You will inspect batteries, chargers, cables and terminals for faults, and assist with installation, commissioning and repairs.

Candidates should have ITI or diploma in Electrical/ Electronics or Mechanical engineering, basic English, and the ability to travel within the territory.

Qualifikationen

• ITI, vocational certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or a related trade.
• Basic practical knowledge of electrical or mechanical maintenance and safe use of hand tools.
• Experience with industrial batteries, chargers, forklifts or material-handling equipment is preferred.
• Valid Saudi driving licence and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
• Basic English communication and ability to understand technical and safety instructions.
• Basic computer or mobile application skills for service reporting.
• Good customer communication, teamwork and safety awareness.
• Arabic communication skills and previous Gulf experience are an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Carry out preventive maintenance, inspections and assigned service calls at customer locations.
• Inspect batteries, chargers, cables, connectors and terminals for faults, damage or leakage.
• Clean batteries, check electrolyte levels, top up with approved water and tighten terminals as instructed.
• Measure and record battery voltage, electrolyte specific gravity, temperature and charging readings.
• Assist with installation, commissioning, replacement and approved repairs of batteries and chargers.
• Identify basic electrical faults using a multimeter and other approved testing instruments; escape complex issues.
• Support Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) activities and follow service schedules and checklists.
• Guide customers on safe charging, watering and daily battery care.
• Complete service reports, maintenance records and spare-parts usage details.
• Follow electrical isolation, acid handling, ventilation, lifting and other safety procedures.
