Job summary

Finix Makarious Technical Services LLS is seeking a skilled technician to perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on garage equipment across client sites in the UAE.

You will work on vehicle lifts, air compressors, tire changers and HVAC systems, reading schematics and manuals to diagnose faults, while ensuring safety standards and timely delivery of service reports and parts inventories. A UAE driving license is preferred and occasional travel to multiple sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, AC/Refrigeration or related field.
• 2–5 years hands-on garage equipment maintenance or MEP experience (UAE preferred).
• UAE experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on garage equipment.
• Install, inspect and service HVAC systems for energy efficiency.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics and manuals to diagnose faults.
• Coordinate with team to complete job cards on time and deliver service excellence.
• Maintain logs of service reports, parts used and client feedback.
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety codes and environmental regs.

Job description

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance troubleshooting and repairs on garage equipment including vehicle lifts Paint boots Air compressors tire changers wheel balancers and diagnostic tools Install inspect and service HVAC systems air conditioning units and associated components to ensure high energy efficiency and performance Carry out general MEP Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing installations preventive maintenance and emergency repairs across commercial and residential sites Read and interpret technical drawings electrical schematics and equipment manuals to diagnose mechanical and electrical faults accurately Ensure compliance with local safety standards UAE codes and environmental regulations during all technical operations Test calibrate and repair electrical panels wiring plumbing systems and mechanical fixtures Maintain clear logs of service reports parts inventory used site inspection findings and client feedback Coordinate with team members and site supervisors to execute job cards on time and deliver exceptional customer service

Education:

Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration, or a related technical field.

Experience:

2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in garage equipment maintenance, HVAC/AC servicing, or general MEP works (UAE experience is preferred).

Technical Skills:

Strong expertise in diagnosing and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems (e.g., vehicle lifts, air compressors, tire changers). Sound knowledge of electrical wiring, control panels, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and single-line diagrams.

Soft Skills & Attributes:

Strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, good communication skills, and a strong work ethic to perform under minimal supervision.

Licensing & Mobility:

Valid UAE driving license is highly preferred (or willingness to travel across job sites as required).

Languages:

Proficiency in English (spoken & written); knowledge of Hindi or Arabic is an added advantage.
