Job summary

Apparel Group is seeking a Sales Supervisor in Umm al-Quwain to oversee field sales operations for Bisleri's bottled water products. The ideal candidate will manage sales representatives, ensure product placement, and build strong client relationships.

With at least 5 years of experience in FMCG sales in the UAE, the Supervisor will train staff and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Proficiency in English is required, while knowledge of Arabic and Hindi is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in bottled water or FMCG sales within the UAE market.
• Demonstrated ability to lead sales teams and deliver results across multiple locations.
• In-depth knowledge of consumer and retail landscape, especially in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah.
• Proficient in English; Arabic and Hindi are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support sales representatives and merchandisers across D2C, B2B, and retail segments.
• Monitor day‑to‑day operations, deliveries, and product placement.
• Build and maintain client relationships with households, offices, and retail stores.
• Track sales performance and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure on‑shelf visibility, planogram compliance, and promotional execution.
