The role requires hands-on leadership, a strong beverage industry background, and proficiency with CRM systems to monitor performance and adapt strategies to market dynamics.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in sales, beverage or water delivery.
• Experience supervising a sales team, ideally in direct-to-consumer or B2B sales.
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies, CRM software, and performance tracking tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of 5-gallon water sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the 5-gallon water market, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide regular feedback and coaching to individual team members.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle for 5-gallon water from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and ensuring timely delivery.
