Job summary

Gulfa Mineral Water and Processing Industries L.L.C is seeking a proactive field sales representative to drive door-to-door acquisition of 5 Gallon water customers in Dubai. You will visit residential buildings, offices, shops, and restaurants to promote delivery services and increase market share.

Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, hit daily and weekly targets, and maintain accurate activity records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily door-to-door field sales activities to acquire new 5 Gallon water customers.
• Visit residential buildings, villas, offices, shops, restaurants, cafeterias, and commercial establishments to generate new business.
• Identify and approach potential customers through direct field prospecting and cold calling.
• Promote and sell the company's 5 Gallon drinking water products and delivery services.
• Build a strong pipeline of new customers and consistently achieve monthly and weekly sales targets.
• Convert prospects into active customers and ensure regular repeat orders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase customer retention and sales.
• Conduct market visits to identify new business opportunities and untapped areas.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
• Negotiate with customers and close sales effectively.
• Maintain accurate daily records of customer visits, leads, conversions, and sales performance.
• Follow up with potential customers and ensure timely conversion.
• Work closely with the delivery and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service.
• Achieve assigned daily customer acquisition, sales, and revenue targets.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Supervisor/Manager.
