Job summary

Remote DXB in Dubai is seeking a proactive Field Sales/Account Manager to build relationships with sellers and buyers, present vehicle features, and lead test drives during field viewings. You will work closely with our finance, insurance, and transfer teams to ensure smooth vehicle transfers, identify customer needs, respond to inquiries by phone and email, and stay informed about the motor market.

A valid UAE driver's license and excellent English are required, with a competitive tax-free

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in field sales/account management in UAE (motors preferred).
• CRM software experience (Salesforce preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Strong closing skills.
• Strong customer service attitude and drive for success.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, manage time effectively.
• Familiar with customer service and training techniques.
• Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to meet clients.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationship with our clients (Sellers and buyers)
• Present the cars features and demonstration (test drive) during field viewings
• Work closely with our finance, insurance and transfer team to ensure success of vehicle transfer
• Identifying customer's needs before making recommendations
• Assist with clients queries and questions via phone, email during the viewings
• Understand the motors market and its various audiences
• Follow up with buyers and sellers to improve the closing ratio
• Promote various models as per the interest of the buyers
• Understand the inspection report before starting your viewings and explain to the customers the vehicle condition, service, warranty and history professionally
• Share the inspection report with our buyers
• Update the viewings and add the comments on the system accurately and on time

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience as a field representative /account manager in UAE (Preferred within the Motors industry)
• Experience using CRM software/Apps (Salesforce preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Strong closing skills
• Strong customer service attitude, work ethic, and a drive for success
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively & efficiently
• Well-versed in customer services and training techniques with the ability to learn quickly
• Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to hit the road to meet new and existing clients
