Job summary

Bayut & dubizzle is seeking a Field Sales Representative for the Cars vertical in Dubai. You will meet buyers and sellers, present car features, conduct test drives, and coordinate with finance/transfer teams to ensure successful vehicle handovers.

A UAE driving license is required and you will engage with diverse clients to maximize sales and margins. You will work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with strong focus on customer service and closing deals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in field sales or account management in UAE (preferred motors industry)
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Strong closing skills
• Driver's license and willingness to travel within UAE

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients (sellers and buyers)
• Demonstrate cars features and conduct test drives during field viewings
• Coordinate with finance, insurance and transfer teams for vehicle transfers
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable models
• Handle client queries via phone and email during viewings
• Understand the motors market and different audiences
• Follow up with buyers/sellers to improve closing ratios
• Explain inspection reports including vehicle condition, service and history to customers
• Record viewings and comments accurately in the system

As a Field Sales Representative, you will be part of our Cars vertical, meeting buyers and sellers to generate revenue through car sales. You will act as a mediator between the company and clients to achieve targeted sales and margins.

In This Role, You Will

• Build strong relationship with our clients (Sellers and buyers)
• Present the cars features and demonstration (test drive) during field viewings
• Work closely with our finance, insurance and transfer team to ensure success of vehicle transfer
• Identifying customer's needs before making recommendations
• Assist with clients queries and questions via phone, email during the viewings
• Understand the motors market and its various audiences
• Follow up with buyers and sellers to improve the closing ratio
• Promote various models as per the interest of the buyers
• Understand the inspection report before starting your viewings and explain to the customers the vehicle condition, service, warranty and history professionally
• Share the inspection report with our buyers
• Update the viewings and add the comments on the system accurately and on time

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience as a field representative /account manager in UAE (Preferred within the Motors industry
• Experience using CRM software/Apps (Salesforce preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Strong closing skills
• Strong customer service attitude, work ethic, and a drive for success
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively & efficiently
• Well-versed in customer services and training techniques with the ability to learn quickly
• Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to hit the road to meet new and existing clients
