Job summary

Mamo is seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive on-ground growth in the UAE. You will visit shops, showrooms and offices, sign up new businesses, demo Mamo on the spot, and take them from first conversation to a live account. You’ll also verify merchants on-site and feed insights back to product, marketing and risk teams.

You plan routes, manage CRM, and test what works across areas and business types. Fluency in English is required and a UAE driving license with own car is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in field sales in UAE, selling to SMBs.
• Experience in payments/fintech/telecom/B2B software.
• Track record of meeting sales targets with numbers.
• Comfort with rejection and persistence.
• Plan routes, follow up on time, keep CRM up to date.
• Explain product quickly to busy shop owners in English.
• Understand how small businesses get paid and common frustrations.
• Familiar with CRM and AI tools for meetings and follow-ups.
• Based in UAE with valid UAE driving licence and own car.

Responsibilities

• Visit and sign up new businesses across the UAE, demo Mamo on the spot, and take them from first conversation to a live account.
• Map out areas and business types, prospect door to door and through local networks, and keep calendar full of meetings.
• Test different areas, pitches and offers; track conversions and share learnings weekly.
• Help new customers through sign-up and verification documents, then hand them to the customer team.
• Log every visit, meeting and deal in the CRM so stakeholders can see status.
• Share objections, competitor offers and merchant requests with sales, product and marketing.
• Lead new product rollouts to merchants and report on reception.
