Job summary

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank PJSC is seeking a Field Collection Specialist in Abu Dhabi to manage assigned collections, contact customers by phone, and coordinate with the collection team. The role involves field visits, documenting findings, and ensuring compliance with the bank's service code of conduct.

The specialist will negotiate settlements, reschedule payments, and guide customers to manage finances while adhering to procedures and policies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of UAE banking sector.
• Awareness of Central Bank of UAE rules and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Experience of payments/ debt collection.
• At least 5 years of banking experience.
• Collection experience is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Resolve assigned past-due accounts by contacting debtors via phone and written correspondence.
• Ensure monthly targets are achieved and documented.
• Negotiate payment plans, settlements, or reschedules within guidelines.
• Document customer activities timely in the collections system.
• Update and maintain required collection documents and reports.
• Attend to customer complaints within the defined TAT and policy.
• Meet walk-in customers and offer solutions per policy.
