ESG Emirates Stallions Group P.J.S.C. in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced FF&E Manager to lead procurement, scheduling, and supplier coordination across hospitality, residential, and luxury projects.
You will coordinate with interior designers, architects, and project managers, manage budgets, ensure compliance with specifications, and drive value engineering to meet client expectations.
Review project briefs drawings specifications mood boards and FF E schedules Collaborate with Interior Designers Architects and Project Managers during design development Ensure FF E selections align with project concepts functionality budget and client expectations Participate in design review meetings and provide technical recommendations Coordinate approval of samples mock-ups and materials with clients and consultants Develop procurement strategies and procurement schedules Identify evaluate and prequalify suppliers and manufacturers Request quotations and conduct commercial evaluations Negotiate pricing payment terms warranties and delivery schedules Prepare purchase orders and procurement documentation Maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers Prepare FF E budgets and cost estimates Monitor procurement costs against approved budgets Analyze quotations and recommend cost-effective alternatives Support value engineering initiatives Report variances and recommend corrective actions Coordinate FF E activities with design procurement logistics and site teams Track manufacturing progress and supplier commitments Monitor delivery schedules and installation programs Ensure successful integration of FF E works with fit-out construction activities Attend project progress meetings and provide status updates Ensure all products meet approved specifications and project requirements Review shop drawings material submittals and samples Conduct factory inspections were required Verify compliance with applicable codes standards and client specifications Manage quality issues defects and corrective actions Coordinate shipping customs clearance warehousing and deliveries Monitor site readiness before deliveries Supervise FF E installation activities Ensure proper protection of installed items Coordinate snagging and rectification works Maintain FF E schedules and procurement trackers Prepare procurement reports and project dashboards Ensure proper filing of contracts warranties manuals and certificates Maintain vendor databases and approved supplier lists Provide regular progress reports for management Act as the primary point of contact for FF E matters Manage client approvals and design signoffs Coordinate with consultants contractors suppliers and end users Address client concerns and provide timely resolutions Support project handover and close-out processes Recommend approved suppliers and manufacturers Evaluate supplier performance and vendor selection Review and approve quotations within delegated authority limits Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers Approve material samples and mock-ups in coordination with the design team Request corrective actions from suppliers and subcontractors Coordinate delivery and installation schedules Escalate procurement quality and schedule risks to management Approve FF E documentation reports and progress updates Recommend value engineering solutions for management approval Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
