Majestas in Dubai seeks a Table Host to welcome and seat guests, guide them through the culinary story, and ensure every moment at their table is seamless and memorable. You work with a dedicated waiter assistant and own the guest experience with warmth and precision.

You will lead the floor, share service rituals, upsell signature experiences, coach front-of-house staff, manage mise-en-place, coordinate with kitchen and bar, and uphold our luxury standards while delivering a tailored guest

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in luxury or upscale dining.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Warm, charismatic personality with a passion for guest experience.
• Ability to lead, coach, and upsell in a luxury setting.

As a Table Host, you are the primary point of contact for our guests, personally guiding them through their dining journey. You will welcome and seat guests, introduce them to our culinary story, and ensure every moment at their table is seamless, personal, and memorable. Supported by a dedicated waiter assistant, you retain full responsibility for the guest experience – orchestrating service flow with precision, while infusing every interaction with warmth and authenticity.

Your day to day

• Lead the floor – oversee the dining room during service, ensuring every guest feels valued and every detail is flawless.
• Curate the experience – share our service rituals and stories, tailoring the journey to each guest.
• Support the team – coach and guide front-of-house staff in real time, ensuring grooming, professionalism, and impeccable conduct.
• Keep us ready – manage mise-en-place, cleanliness, and operational readiness before and during service.
• Collaborate seamlessly – coordinate with kitchen and bar to maintain perfect timing and deliver special requests effortlessly.
• Elevate the offer – encourage upselling of food, beverages, and signature experiences in an elegant, guest-focused way.
• Safeguard standards – ensure service, presentation, and safety protocols meet our luxury standards at all times.

Who you are

• Warm, charismatic, and genuinely passionate about connecting with people.
• A natural leader with at least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within luxury or upscale dining.
• Skilled in service rituals, guest engagement, and storytelling.
• Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
