Majestas in Dubai seeks a Table Host to welcome and seat guests, guide them through the culinary story, and ensure every moment at their table is seamless and memorable. You work with a dedicated waiter assistant and own the guest experience with warmth and precision.

You will lead the floor, share service rituals, upsell signature experiences, coach front-of-house staff, manage mise-en-place, coordinate with kitchen and bar, and uphold our luxury standards while delivering a tailored guest

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in luxury or upscale dining.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Warm, charismatic personality with a passion for guest experience.
• Ability to lead, coach, and upsell in a luxury setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the dining room during service with flawless execution.
• Share service rituals and tailor the guest journey.
• Coach front-of-house staff in real time to ensure grooming and professionalism.
• Maintain mise-en-place, cleanliness, and readiness before and during service.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure timing and accommodate special requests.
• Upsell food, beverages, and signature experiences in an elegant, guest-focused way.
• Uphold luxury standards for service, presentation, and safety at all times.
