Job summary

ASSICO is seeking a motivated Female Sales Executive to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. You will drive B2B sales, engage with business owners, and promote our Digital Marketing services and packages.

Responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, contacting prospects via call, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email and visits, presenting tailored proposals, and ensuring timely follow-ups to achieve monthly targets. Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of UAE B2B sales experience in digital marketing (mandatory)
• Fluent English and Hindi; basic Arabic is an advantage
• UAE driving license is optional but an advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities
• Contact potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email and direct visits
• Meet prospective clients and understand their business requirements
• Present and promote our Digital Marketing services and packages
• Prepare quotations and proposals for prospective clients
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM
• Provide regular sales activity and pipeline reports
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional digital services

Requirements

• 1-2 years of UAE B2B sales experience in Digital Marketing – Mandatory
• Female candidates preferred.
• Own Visa / Spouse Visa preferred.
• Fluent English and Hindi preferred.
• Basic Arabic is an advantage.
• UAE Driving License is optional but an advantage.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Confident in dealing with business owners and decision-makers.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and LinkedIn.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
