Private Company, LLP in Abu Dhabi is seeking an IT Administrator to install, configure and maintain computers, servers, networks and IT equipment, ensuring reliable operations for staff across offices.

You will monitor performance, manage user accounts and access, provide hardware and software support, handle backups, security, and cloud services, and coordinate with vendors to maintain a robust IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain computers, servers, networks and IT equipment.
• Monitor network and system performance.
• Provide hardware and software support to employees.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, passwords and access controls.
• Maintain and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN and other network systems.
• Install and maintain operating systems, applications and security software.
• Perform regular system updates, patches and backups.
• Monitor and respond to IT security threats and incidents.

• to employees Troubleshoot problems related to computers printers applications internet and network connectivity
• Manage user accounts permissions passwords and access controls
• Maintain and troubleshoot LAN WAN Wi-Fi VPN and other network systems
• Install and maintain operating systems applications and security software
• Perform regular system updates patches backups and maintenance
• Monitor and respond to IT security threats and incidents
• Maintain IT documentation including network diagrams asset records configurations and procedures
• Manage IT hardware and software inventory Coordinate with vendors service providers and external IT support teams
• Support Microsoft 365 email systems cloud services and collaboration tools

• Assist with data backup disaster recovery and business continuity activities Set up IT systems for new employees offices and projects
