Assist in the development and planning of menus that adhere to patients' dietary requirements, ensuring they receive balanced and appropriate meals.
Coordinate with kitchen staff and suppliers to ensure the availability of necessary food items and special dietary products.
Maintain accurate records of patients' dietary information, including meal selections, special requests, and any changes in dietary needs.
Collaborate with dietitians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patients' dietary plans align with their overall treatment goals.
Coordinate meal delivery schedules and ensure patients receive their meals according to prescribed dietary plans.
Provide patients with information about their dietary options, including explanations of special diets and recommendations for healthy eating habits.
Monitor the quality and presentation of meals to ensure they meet dietary standards and patients' expectations.

Previous Clinical Nutrition office experience preferred
