Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Nutrition Aide to collaborate with dietitians and healthcare staff in Abu Dhabi. You will gather patient dietary preferences, help plan balanced menus, and ensure meals meet prescribed dietary plans and safety standards.

Your role involves coordinating with kitchen staff and suppliers, maintaining accurate dietary records, and educating patients on dietary options and healthy choices. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nutrition or related field.
• Visual and hearing acuity to read menus and hear patient responses.
• Experience in clinical nutrition office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with patients to obtain dietary preferences, allergies, and restrictions.
• Assist in development and planning of menus adhering to dietary requirements.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and suppliers for dietary items.
• Maintain records of patients' dietary information and meal selections.
