Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide attentive service.
• Maintain clean, organized store presentation and pricing.
• Assist customers with fitting rooms and product information.
• Process sales using the POS system and complete transactions.
• Offer gift cards and capture customer data where appropriate.
• Aim to meet or exceed weekly sales targets.
• Support Store Manager with opening/closing and security tasks.
• Train new staff in POS operations and store procedures.
• Follow pricing/ticketing procedures to protect company assets.
