Job summary

Harbor Real Estate Group is seeking a Facility Management Manager to oversee daily operations, maintenance, and overall functionality of a Dubai facility. You will ensure services are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high tenant-satisfaction standard.

Key responsibilities include coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, managing vendors, addressing tenant concerns, and producing performance reports. A 3-5 year FM background and a degree in facilities-related field are required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven experience in facility management or a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure areas are well-maintained and operational.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
• Manage and coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
• Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with SLAs.
• Review and approve vendor work and invoices where applicable.
• Act as the main point of contact for tenant concerns and service requests.
• Address and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain positive relationships with tenants to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Create, assign, and track work orders for maintenance and service requests.
• Ensure tasks are completed within agreed timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of all work orders and completed tasks.
• Prepare regular reports on maintenance activities, incidents, and performance metrics.
• Provide updates to management on facility operations and ongoing issues.
• Maintain proper documentation and records.
