EFS Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Facilities Management (FM) Officer to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and safety of commercial facilities in Dubai. You will coordinate maintenance activities, manage contractors, and respond to tenant needs.

Ideal candidates hold a FM-related degree and 2–5 years of experience, with strong knowledge of MEP systems, health and safety procedures, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAFM/CMMS tools.

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in FM or related field.
• 2–5 years of facilities management experience.
• Good knowledge of MEP systems and health and safety procedures.

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Facilities Management (FM) Officer to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and safety of commercial facilities in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee building maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators, and fire safety systems.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Manage FM contractors, technicians, cleaning teams, and other service providers.
• Handle tenant complaints, maintenance requests, and service-related issues.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Maintain maintenance records, work orders, asset registers, and operational reports.
• Monitor contractor performance, service-level agreements (SLAs), and maintenance costs.

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant facilities management experience.
• Good knowledge of MEP systems, building maintenance, and health and safety procedures.
• Experience in contractor coordination and tenant relationship management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CAFM/CMMS knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
